Transitional Housing Model
At Step One Halfway House, our Transitional Housing program provides safe, affordable, and supportive housing for men working toward independent living. We understand that stability takes time, and our model is designed to bridge the gap between short-term housing and long-term success. Our Transitional Housing program is designed to give men the time, space, and support needed to move forward confidently into independent living. Step by step, residents gain the foundation to sustain long-term stability.
Scholarship Housing Program
Our housing scholarship program opens doors for men from underserved communities who need a safe and stable place to live. Unlike costly facilities that turn people away for lack of funds, Step One offers housing support to those with no immediate income or resources.
Through the scholarship program, residents receive a furnished room, basic necessities, and the time and structure needed to regain stability. By removing financial barriers, we create a path for residents to focus on employment, rebuilding their lives, and moving toward independent living.
OUR IMPACT
At Step One, we focus on providing a living environment where every resident can maintain sobriety and develop the skills to live independently. Our impact is measured in stability, self-reliance, and community contribution — not in medical or therapeutic outcomes.
