i-Host

 In-House Opportunity Team

A core component of our housing model is i-Host

(In-House Opportunity Team) — our internal leadership and accountability initiative built around our Work Therapy philosophy.

I-HOST reflects our belief that purposeful activity, shared responsibility, and contribution to one’s living environment promote growth and independence.

Through voluntary participation, residents may take part in structured community roles such as:

  • Peer leadership
  • Community maintenance support
  • Kitchen coordination
  • Landscaping and property upkeep
  • Accountability mentorship

i-Host is a non-clinical, community-based initiative designed to strengthen responsibility and readiness. It is not employment and not a licensed behavioral health treatment service.

Accessibility & Structure

We are committed to maintaining access to structured housing for men in transition. Individualized fee arrangements may be considered when appropriate and based on program guidelines and availability.

Our focus remains on helping residents stabilize, gain employment, and transition successfully into licensed sober living or independent housing as they progress.
